Wastong Nutrisyon Kailangan Lifestyle Diseases Iwasan

We are again in the month of July,the month of Nutrition.
Wastong nutrisyon is very important to us so that we are free from diseases.We need these for our everyday life.
Eating balance diet,taking a bath and proper hygiene,this are the ways in maintaining good health.We have to maintain our good health for us to live longer,so that we can enjoy life and to attain our goals in life.
We have to eat nutritious food like vegetables,fish and many more.Nutritious food like vegetables makes our body strong and healthy.
